$75,000 - $95,000; compensation package based off experience.

Signature Companies is a well-established regional developer and home builder with over 20 years of experience in land development, residential construction, association development, apartment communities, and commercial projects across South Dakota and Iowa. We are currently seeking experienced Job Supervisors to join our growing team.

Position Overview :

As a Job Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with fellow supervisors, sales staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. You will oversee all aspects of on-site construction while maintaining quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise all construction activities related to assigned projects.

Coordinate and schedule all necessary material per project.

Coordinating and approve all vendor-based drawings for productions

Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors to reach completion dates.

Coordinate with development supervisor on all site infrastructure.

Establish and attain a building schedule along with completing a final punch list.

Maintain jobsite cleanliness.

Maintain a company quality standard on every project.

Assist with training assistant supervisor; plan review prior to starts of project.

Assist with procuring additional trades within budgetary guidelines.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Construction background preferred; all relevant experience will be considered
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to punctuality and upholding company standards
