Receptionist (Temp)

Location - Fairbanks, AK

Temporary

Pay - $28.00 Hr.

We are one of the largest full-service mechanical, electrical, and pump plumbing contractors in the Pacific Northwest. Providing innovative, reliable, and high-quality solutions for commercial and industrial projects nationwide. We are looking for a receptionist to support our team temporarily. The ideal candidate is professional, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.

• Greet and assist visitors and staff professionally
• Answer and route calls and emails
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Support scheduling, filing and basic data entry
• Assist office staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Tech Savvy
• Maintains front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized and welcoming
• Ability to multi-task
