A company is looking for a 504 Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Process loan files by developing client checklists, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining integrity throughout the loan process

Input required data into databases and generate necessary forms for loan files

Coordinate communication among borrowers, lenders, and internal staff to ensure timely approval and funding of loans

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial loan processing or 2 years in customer service

Proficiency with MS Office applications

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain organized

Agile and open to change
