Fpa Sales Analyst

Love data, strategy, and numbers that tell a story? LaSalle Network has partnered with a large insurance firm that is looking for a sharp FP&A Sales Analyst to join a high-performing team in Rolling Meadows. This role blends financial strategy with business partnership perfect for someone who's analytical, curious, and ready to drive results.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to shape pricing strategies, uncover trends, and optimize profitability. This isn't your typical finance role you'll be directly influencing growth decisions in a fast-moving, people-first environment. Budget for this role is up to a base of $100,000 commensurate with experience with additional bonus eligibility.

What's the job?

  • Conduct detailed pricing and profitability analyses to guide new business and renewal strategies
  • Partner with internal teams to align pricing recommendations with client and company goals
  • Create financial models and pricing tools to improve visibility into cost and margin performance
  • Evaluate the impact of price changes and recommend data-backed adjustments
  • Contribute to process improvements and the development of standard reporting templates

What's needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or related field
  • 3-4+ years of FP&A or pricing experience; experience in insurance or financial services a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling required)
  • Experience with BI tools (Cognos, SQL, or Access a plus)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
