As the Scheduling Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring our patients receive timely, exceptional care while maintaining a smooth daily workflow for our clinical team. You are the connection between patients and the practicecreating a welcoming first impression and keeping our schedule running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule patient appointments according to established protocols and communicate schedule changes with the team.Follow up on missed appointments and fill cancellations promptly.Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.Lead the daily huddle to prepare the team for the day's patients and priorities.Answer phone calls and digital communications in a friendly, professional manner.Confirm upcoming appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.Generate and maintain reports, including observation follow-ups, referral tracking, unscheduled patients, and overdue treatment lists.Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.Support marketing initiatives and help promote practice campaigns.Key Competencies :
