Job Description

Curinos is seeking a high-performing Director, Business Transformation to be a force multiplier for enterprise transformation. This strategic and execution-focused leader will drive our most critical cross-functional initiativesincluding Curinos' firmwide Value Creation Plan (VCP) ensuring they deliver measurable and sustainable business impact.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this high-visibility role engages directly with the SVP of Strategy & Transformation, CEO, and executive team to manage transformation cadence, align stakeholders, and convert strategy into results.

• Program Lead for Value Creation Plan (VCP) : Drive execution of enterprise priorities by managing initiatives across product, revenue, client delivery, and operations
• Enterprise PMO Partner : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cross-functional programsfrom chartering through benefit realizationensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Transformation Governance : Run weekly initiative reviews and monthly executive updates; track RAG status, risks, interdependencies, and execution gaps
• Strategic Stakeholder Alignment : Serve as the connective tissue across functional leaders to align priorities, unblock dependencies, and maintain execution momentum
• Execution Discipline : Own and maintain enterprise initiative trackers, OKRs, and transformation dashboards to monitor progress and accountability
• Leadership-Ready Storytelling : Translate program outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for executive and investor audiences

Qualifications

Compensation : $150,000-$165,000 base (bonus eligible)
