Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : Degree in Construction (Related Fields), Trade School. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered

Location : In Person-Seattle

Onsite Monday - Friday, Weekends if needed.

Pay : $30 / hr-$40 / hr or DOE (Depends on Experience)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse and Equipment Manager located in Seattle, WA. The Warehouse and Equipment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Shop, managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring the proper storage and organization of equipment and materials. prepping tools and materials for job sites, and keeping all equipment and machines clean, maintained, and ready for use. This role may also involve coordinating the distribution and transportation of materials and equipment, ensuring that all assets are accounted for, and maintaining accurate records and reports. You’ll be trusted to work independently at times but also take direction well and collaborate with owner and the field team when needed.

  • Inventory management, logistics, and materials handling skills
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in safety and compliance management
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
  • Previous experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
  • Comfortable working alone at times and part of a team when needed
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing warehouse duties
