HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a local contract nursing job in Wichita, Kansas.

  • Number of Beds – 4 Labs (2 Cath; 2 EP)
  • Number of Staff – 12
  • Type of staff :

Day Shift – All staff work day shift, hours are variable depending on case load

  • Type of equipment – IVUS, PHILLIPS, GE, MAC LAB
  • EMR -  MEDITECH
  • Patient Ratios - 1 : 1
  • Typical Procedures :

    • Cardiac catherization diagnostic / interventional, peripheral, renals, carotids, dialysis catheters, venous procedures, IVUS, IFR, Pacemakers, ablations, ICD

  • Cardioversions, TEE, Tilts, DSE, loop recorders, stress tests, mri pacemakers

    • Must Haves :

  • An ASN degree minimum
  • A recent 12 months of Cath Lab RN experience in an acute hospital setting, with willingness to learn EP (Electrophysiology)
  • KS RN License
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Certifications

    • Preferred or Nice to Have :

  • MediTech Experience
  • Travel Experience
