As the Receptionist, you set the tone for every guest's stay. You'll welcome campers, handle reservations, answer questions, and keep the camp store and office organized and looking its best. You'll be the one guests turn to when they need information, supplies, or just a friendly hello.

We'll provide training on our systems and processes, so all you need is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. If you take pride in great customer service, enjoy staying busy, and like helping people feel at home, this could be the perfect fit.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reservations

• Greet guests, check them in / out, and assist with reservations
• Answer phones, emails, and radios in a clear, professional manner
• Provide directions, campground details, and recommendations

Camp Store & Sales

Clean & Organized Spaces
