As our Material Expeditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring that materials, parts, and equipment are delivered accurately and on time to support rapid prototype builds, testing cycles, and production runs. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing to track, coordinate, and resolve material delivery issues across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities :

2+ years of experience in materials expediting, supply chain, logistics, or production planning

Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and manufacturing operations

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Proficiency in ERP / MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience in defense, aerospace, maritime, or robotics industries

Familiarity with DoD procurement and compliance standards (ITAR, DFARS, etc.)

Working knowledge of technical drawings and BOMs

Forklift certification or experience managing physical inventory
