About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager – New Product Development to oversee the end-to-end development of new products, with a focus on both overseas and domestic manufacturing. In this role, you’ll manage the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch—ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are consistently met. You’ll serve as a key connector across cross-functional teams and external partners, driving innovative and market-ready products to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Project Lifecycle : Manage product concepts, change control proposals, purchase orders, and launch execution across retail and e-commerce.
• Drive Project Management in ASANA : Build, track, and maintain timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and visibility across teams.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product development, design, marketing, operations, sales, and finance to align on priorities and achieve successful launches.
• Ensure Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate records, approvals, and compliance requirements at every stage.
• Manage Budgets & Timelines : Monitor costs and schedules, proactively resolving risks and delays.
• Continuously Improve Processes : Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and strengthen project management practices.
• Execute Purchase Orders : Coordinate with operations and finance to confirm details and issue final POs.

What We’re Looking For

Salary Range 100,000-120,000 / yr
