What We Need From You :
2+ years of clinical outpatient experience (post-residency)
Current, unrestricted AZ State license or eligibility for licensure
Board certification / eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Certification in BLS or ACLS
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Medicare / Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfortable with EMR systems (Athena preferred)
