Resident Service / Maintenance Director
Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Resident Service / Maintenance Director to become a valuable addition to our team. As a Resident Service / Maintenance Director you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Your daily job :
Supervisory Experience : Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
Technical Expertise : Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
Leadership and Organization : Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Operational Efficiency : Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
Timely Service Requests : Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
Safety and Cleanliness : Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
Communication : Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.
