Introduction Our client is an employee-owned, veterinarian-led hospital in Aurora, Colorado, seeking a FullTime Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This AAHA-accredited hospital provides high-quality, relationship-based care and supports professional autonomy and clinical excellence. Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, and Saturday from 8 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. Full-time schedules are flexible to support a positive work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive general practice care including wellness exams, diagnostics, dental procedures, soft tissue surgery, and client education. The role offers strong clinical autonomy within a mentorship-driven environment and is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including new graduates. Practice Details The hospital is well-equipped with ultrasound, endoscopy, digital radiography, acupuncture, laser therapy, and a full in-house laboratory and pharmacy. As part of a veterinarian-owned group, the hospital fosters clinical excellence and provides resources for professional growth. Team The current team includes two veterinarians and a skilled support staff. The practice fosters a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture with a strong emphasis on teamwork and work-life balance.
