Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies to convert prospects into customers
Plan and optimize email, SMS, and mobile app marketing campaigns tailored to the US market
Analyze CRM performance metrics to continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, preferably in DTC or e-commerce
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Deep understanding of consumer landscape and digital marketing trends
