Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with painting experience, that enjoys creating quality products, and who has an eye for detail!
The Gel Coater applies Gelcoat to molds according to production orders.
Requirements : Job Responsibilities
- Spray Gelcoat consistently and evenly to desired thickness.
- Read and interpret order specification to spray according to patterns and check for proper millage
- Wrap tape and prep molds to be Gel coated
- Mix catalyst and Gelcoat
- Clean and maintain all work tools as scheduled
- Learn to identify all the boats we make
