Job description18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR / EAR regulations (must provide one of the following : valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate) Available to work 1st shift (Mon- Fri, 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.) Dependable, detail-focused, and eager to learn and grow 1+ year of experience in masking, thermal spray, or aerospace manufacturing Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short and long-term disability & life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee referral program Company-sponsored events and a supportive team environment
What You'll Do :
As a Production Support Operator , you'll be a key part of our thermal spray coating process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include :
- Masking parts to protect areas from overspray
- Cleaning components to ensure proper adhesion of coatings
- Deburring parts to prepare them for coating and prevent defects
- Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met
- Supporting other tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly
