We're pleased to offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this role. The bonus is paid in three parts : $1,000 at hire, $1,000 after three months, and $1,000 after one year of employment.

Your role is vital in applying proper welding techniques and operating welding equipment. As part of our elite team, you'll interpret company-specific procedures to choose the most effective welding processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Summary :

As a Welder at PRL, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal and other weldable materials. You will apply the appropriate welding techniques and operate welding equipment to meet our high standards. Your role will also involve interpreting company-specific procedures to identify the most suitable welding processes.

Job Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience : More than 3 years of welding-related work.
• Skills : Ability to follow weld procedures to repair and fabricate various metals using SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Ability to operate handheld grinders.
