Key Responsibilities
Conduct, plan, and coordinate training sessions for diverse audiences
Provide feedback on training program design and maintain records of training activities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content meets operational goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
3 years of leadership and / or training experience required
Experience conducting virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams preferred
Experience in contact center environments, including customer service or technical support
Ability to manage multiple training sessions in a fast-paced environment
