• Other Details : The physician is responsible for providing expert medical care that meets or exceeds the standard of care within their specialty or subspecialty, supporting patients in achieving optimal health outcomes. Duties include performing patient care based on assigned schedules and care locations, maintaining patient volume expectations, and collaborating effectively with all members of the healthcare team. The role requires adherence to professional expectations, including demonstrating strong communication skills, professionalism, and leadership in fostering a psychologically safe and respectful workplace. Physical requirements include the ability to communicate verbally, operate office equipment, and work for extended periods on a computer or phone. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree (or equivalent foreign education), have completed accredited specialty training, and possess board certification, active or in-process state medical licensure, and BLS certification.
