Operations Lead

A company is looking for an Operations Lead to build and manage a small team of operation specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of onboarding specialists and tech analysts

Create playbooks and processes for merchant onboarding and manage critical customer onboarding projects

Communicate with stakeholders and tackle operational needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ecommerce, payments, or Fintech

Strong understanding of the payments space and experience with Payment Facilitators and Payment Service Providers

Understanding of KYC / KYB requirements for customer onboarding is a plus

Technical background with knowledge of APIs and SDKs is beneficial

Experience working with C-level customers
