1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required

NXSTage experience Highly Preferred - MUST NOTE IN PROFILE IF THEY HAVE THIS OR WILLING TO LEARN

Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required

Geriatric patient experience - Required

CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED

Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
