Responsibilities
- Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to : cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
- Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
- Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
- Provide Best in Class Customer Service
- Increase Sales and Profit Potential
