Position Overview :

We are currently seeking providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams on a PRN basis near MC QUADY, KY. The need is ongoing, providing flexibility for physicians with varied schedules. Exams primarily involve interview-based assessments with some physical evaluations, including range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and assessment of traumatic brain injury.

Details :

• Shift Type : PRN, as needed basis
• Shift Duration : Half-day (4 hours or less) or full day (4-8 hours)
• Board Certification : Required in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or PM&R
• DMA Certification : Available (CME credits)
• Equipment Required : Own personal laptop (NO Apple Laptops / MACs), Goniometer
• Training Provided : Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
• Reporting : DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion
• Evaluation Method : Completed in provider portal with records reviewed
• Providers Needed : More than 5
