We are seeking a motivated and versatile Front House Server / Prep Cook to join our team. This dual-role position involves directly interacting with guests to provide an exceptional dining experience, as well as assisting in the kitchen with food preparation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Front of House (Server) Duties :

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and drinks while ensuring a positive dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Kitchen (Prep Cook) Duties :

Prepare ingredients and partially finished dishes according to the head chef’s prep list.

Chop, portion, and grate ingredients as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Work efficiently to support chefs and other cooks during service.

Requirements :

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Schedule :

Monday – Friday : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Every other weekend : Saturday – Sunday, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM
