District Maintenance Worker

Job Title - District Maintenance Worker

Reports to : Maintenance Supervisor and Superintendent

FLSA status : Non-exempt

Qualifications :

• Mature and experienced in the job field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Cleared ALSDE Fieldprint background check
• Physically capable of performing duties required by the position
• Ability to carry out duties in an intelligent manner
• Orderly and willing to learn new techniques of maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping
• Dependable, able to get along with people - teachers, principals, and patrons
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner

Duties and Responsibilities :

Terms of Employment : As established by the Board and applicable state law

Evaluation : Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the Board's policy on evaluation of personnel.
