Sr. Business Process Consultant / Manager (Contract)

Location : Remote in the U.S. with quarterly travel expected

Engagement : Contract, 6-12 months with strong likelihood of extension or FTE conversion.

Compensation : Based on experience and fit.

The Opportunity

Join a new enterprise delivery function inside a nearly $1B organization and build the foundation for how process and change readiness run across the business. You will document and facilitate a scalable Launch Readiness framework, create re-usable playbooks for partner integrations and acquisitions, and establish the operating processes for a new Value Management Office. Your work will turn scattered institutional knowledge into clear, repeatable assets that accelerate outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Stand up a Launch Readiness process that prepares all business areas and end users for technology and process change
• Capture SME knowledge and convert it into high-quality process maps, procedures, and training artifacts
• Build reusable playbooks for external partner integrations, Third Party Claims Administrators, underwriting partners, and new-company acquisitions
• Define and implement processes that enable teams to measure effectiveness and business results
• Stand up JIRA dashboards and reporting that provide visibility to leadership and stakeholders
• Operate as a facilitator and change enabler across functions with varying process maturity
