Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize aseptic surgical techniques to maintain a sterile field and prepare for surgical procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, transportation, and equipment setup for various surgical cases.
• Anticipate and meet the needs of the surgical team, including passing instruments and supplies.
• Ensure room disinfection, safety, and efficiency, moving equipment as needed.
• Function as a Second Assistant during surgeries when necessary.
• Maintain specialty carts and equipment, ensuring they are in working condition and sterile.

What We’re Looking For :

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months.
• No prior experience needed; excellent training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and operating room equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and respond well under pressure.

• Must manage a fast-paced, high-stress environment effectively.
• Compliance with safety and health regulations while working in the operating room.
