Associate Director Project Management

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The Associate Director of Project Management will support Product and Platform Enablement. This strategic leadership role will guide cross-functional project teams to deliver innovative platform capabilities and products that support enterprise goals. The Associate Director will ensure project alignment with business objectives, champion DevOps governance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Leaders supporting product and platform implementation initiatives
• Provide strategic leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex product and platform enablement initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management
• Establish and oversee governance frameworks and best practices for platform and product enablement
• Proactively monitor project performance, identify and mitigate risks
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

Pay Range : $126,300 - $173,700 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
