Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Santa Clara Oral Surgery, the office of Dr. Scott Podlesh is seeking an associate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our thriving practice. We are a well-established, modern, full-service practice with an experienced and dedicated staff. The office is located in the heart of Silicon Valley with proximity to San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean.

The position would be available starting November 1, 2025. We are seeking a board eligible or diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery who is committed to quality patient care. The position is ideally suited for an OMS looking for a pathway to partnership/ownership.

We offer competitive compensation including health, office IRA and malpractice coverage. Salary starts at $350k with a built-in production bonus.
