A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for providers or members regarding medical, pharmacy, and clinical services or benefits
Review and process referral requests and enter medical request data into the relevant system
Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient onboarding and provide benefit information
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years or older
2+ years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems
2+ years of experience in the Health Care Industry
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) with flexible scheduling during business hours
