Job responsibilities
Lead the support andadministration of enterprisewide business intelligenceand
visualization applications(Business Objects Tableau).
Researches and develops development of tools and solutions toincrease data
usability and dataengagement across multiple program areas andsupports
acquisition of newtools.
Works with enterprisewidebusiness and IT senior management to understandand
prioritize BI data andinformation reporting needs.
Solves complex technical problems and provides expertise in datavisualization
architecture andsolutioning including dashboard & data security andsharing
considerations.
Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence toolsby defining data
to filter andindex improvements that add value to theuser.
Develops dashboarddevelopment standards and quality metrics and createstesting
methodology andcriteria.
Designs and coordinatesa curriculum for coaching and training customers in theuse
of business intelligence toolsto enhance business decisionmakingcapacity.
Develops standardspolicies and procedures for the form structure andattributes
of the businessintelligence tools and systems.
Researches new technology and develops business cases to supportenterprisewide
businessintelligence solutions.
Designsand coordinates the security model for business intelligencetools
visualization data setsusers roles and requestprocesses.
