Key Responsibilities :
Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices, including progress billings in accordance with contract terms.
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and actively pursue collection of outstanding balances.
Apply payments received, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure correct billing based on work completed.
Prepare monthly AR reporting, including DSO.
Assist with annual audits and internal controls related to revenue recognition and receivables.
Qualifications :
4-6 years of AR experience, must have experience in the construction or field services industry.
Strong understanding of construction billing formats
Proficient in accounting software (Netsuite or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of contract billing terms.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both internal project teams and external clients.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred :
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
