Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices / sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Assisting dispatch with orders. Completing daily paperwork. A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Good organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier / outdoor environment). Your offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test for this role.
