Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Technician to join our team at Bravo Auto Group. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proficient in using various tools and equipment, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to determine repair needs and develop repair plans.
• Perform body and frame repairs and replacements, including welding, sanding, and painting.
• Use specialized tools and techniques to repair dents, scratches, bent frames, and other body damage.
• Replace, repair, and paint automotive body parts and systems, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Collaborate with other technicians, estimators, and management to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in repair techniques and technology.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
• Complete all necessary documentation related to repairs, parts, and labor.
