• Accountability for the selection, training, coaching, and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
• Motivates and leads a team in a fast-paced work environment.
• Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
• Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
