This Full-Time Case Manager role at RHD, is stationed at the Pennsylvania Institute for Community Living  (PICL) program in Willow Grove, PA. You will be working within the program and in the community.

Program Summary :

The Pennsylvania Institute for Community Living (PICL) is a 15-bed modified therapeutic community residential program within RHD that offers integrated self-help, recovery-oriented treatment along with psychiatric rehabilitation, 24-hour staffing and placement in permanent housing. PICL offers all components of Psychiatric Rehabilitation in its day-to-day treatment with specific lesson plans and groups organized around functional skill sets in the following areas : social skills, vocational skills, tenancy skill building such as budgeting and financial planning, time management, emotional expression and coping skills. The program usually takes 12-18 months for residents to reach their recovery focused goals.

Position Summary :

The Full-Time Case Manager will determine the resources needed to meet the individualized needs of the participant. The Case Manager will take all necessary actions to ensure the implementation of the service treatment plan including serving as an advocate for the participant to enable him / her / them to receive needed services; identification of program needs, service gaps, and recommending strategies. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. This position is $20 per hour, Monday-Friday from 10 am - 6 pm, with some scheduling flexibility.
