Responsibilities : Oversee and guide outpatient care, supervise primary care clinicians, optimize EMR and implement best practices, collaborate with healthcare team, participate in call rotation
Required Procedures : Primary care management
EMR System : Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Support Staff : RN Team leader, MA
Days Per Month : Full-time
On-Call / Weekends : TBD, likely 1 : 4
Submission Requirements :
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
- NH license (or willingness to obtain) Required
- BLS, ACLS (or willingness to obtain) Required
- 5+ years of recent Outpatient Primary Care experience Required
- Current or previous leadership experience Required
- Clean malpractice / license Highly Preferred
