Job descriptionLead and oversee critical biotechnological manufacturing operations, including cell growth, harvest, vial filling, and inspection. Act as a subject matter expert in specialized areas such as Cell Growth or Drug Product Filling. Collaborate with internal and external experts to implement and optimize manufacturing processes. Represent manufacturing in technical and project meetings during campaign preparation. Develop and deliver training on new processes, batch records, and quality systems. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Support site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with operational standards. Provide guidance on equipment and material requirements for production execution. Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5–10 years of experience in bioprocessing or related manufacturing environments. Proven leadership in coordinating complex manufacturing operations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and regulated environment. Willingness to travel occasionally to support other sites.
