Crew Members play a vital role in delivering great guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards, and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests' needs and give them a reason to come back.

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin' Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback to correct deficiencies.

Crew Responsibilities Include :

• Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
• Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
• Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction meeting our C.A.R.E. level of service.
• Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Shift Leader Responsibilities include :

• Talk employees into, thru, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner.
• Deploy team members appropriately to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.
• Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service.
• Drive sense of urgency through Crew Members to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problems.
• Reinforce the use of systems, tools, and procedures throughout shift, while taking appropriate steps to correct deficiencies.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met throughout shift.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are properly executed during shift.
• Follow all systems and processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash throughout shift. Monitor and ensure Crew Members comply with all policies and procedures related to cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security during shift. Report equipment issues, provide

Qualifications :

• Must be able to fluently speak / read English Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Guest Focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
