Job Description

Sr. Project Manager (with Technical writing Expertise)

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects across software and internal system initiatives while also contributing to key technical documentation. This role combines project management cross-functional communication and technical writing expertise to ensure that all projects are delivered effectively and that supporting documentation (such as SRS SDS and user guides) is accurate clear and follows quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional core teams conduct regular project meetings lead phase gate exits and build presentations for leadership at critical phase gates.
• Guide the development verification validation and release of software applications aligning them with user needs regulatory and quality guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Continuously define and optimize software project management and development processes methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between business technical and operational teams.
• Create update and maintain technical documents such as scripting test protocols Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Software Design Specifications (SDS)
• Collaborate with engineering QA and product teams to gather technical inputs.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Indiana is $93800.00$140675.00.
