Overview

Senior Principal Consultant or Architect at IBM – join to apply for this role. This position is based in the IBM Consulting organization and focuses on delivering strategic advisory and implementation services to clients.

Your Role And Responsibilities

  • Consult on best practices for Oracle Cloud Payroll policies.
  • Be an expert in the configuration and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll applications.
  • Provide best-practice guidance on payroll business processes and implementation.
  • Support the definition and validation of various payroll-related conversion activities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead with 2–4 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud.
  • Experience with public sector clients (e.g., state governments, counties, cities) is considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extract, HDL, PBL is preferred.
