Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Hot Springs, AR. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for developing personalized treatment plans, providing hands-on manual therapy, guiding patients through exercise programs, and monitoring patient progress. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, implementing rehabilitation protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in Arkansas
• Experience in orthopedics, sports injuries, neurology, or geriatrics is an advantage
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
