As a Security Officer - Tech Sector Patrol in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 4 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Friday : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Sunday : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and protocols, and responding to incidents and emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using training and judgment to address each situation appropriately.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and / or sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and to observe any unusual activity.

Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, and / or concerns according to established procedures.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors within the tech, media, and telecom location.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
