Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Lean Practitioner to support the BDS Operational Excellence Teams in Everett, WA, El Segundo, CA, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, Berkeley, MO, or Tukwila, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and advance lean skills by working alongside experienced Lean experts. The successful candidate will lead and facilitate continuous improvement efforts, support the development and deployment of lean standards and training, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. This position requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills, who is comfortable working across organizational levels. The role demands adaptability to change and the ability to implement lean principles effectively.

Summary pay range : Everett, WA / Tukwila, WA / El Segundo, CA / Ridley Park, PA : $95,200 - $128,800 Mesa, AZ / Berkeley, MO : $89,250 - $120,750
