Location : Upstate New York Compensation : $65,000$75,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits Industry : Food Manufacturing | Bakery | CPG Employment : Full-Time | 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity This is a key Quality leadership role on 2nd shift with real decision-making authority. You are the primary on-site Quality contact, protecting brand, food safety, and customer trust in real time. It's an ideal role for someone ready to move from "individual contributor" to "front-line leader" and grow toward Quality Manager.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate all Quality activities on 2nd shift
• Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Technicians
• Enforce GMPs and quality standards on the floor
• Perform line checks, glass & brittle plastic inspections, and documentation reviews
• Support SQF, HACCP, GFSI, and customer requirements
• Participate in environmental monitoring and micro testing programs
• Investigate non-conformances, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Partner closely with Production and Sanitation to prevent repeat issues
