About the Role

Armada is seeking a Contractor â?? Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and drive technical hiring for our R&D engineering organization. This role blends strategic stakeholder partnership with hands-on sourcing execution and onsite recruitment coordination. As a contractor, you'll spend 3 days per week onsite in Bellevue, working closely with engineers, hiring managers, and candidates, and hybrid the other 2 days a week. You'll have a direct impact on scaling our R&D team while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Strategic Sourcing & Stakeholder Partnership

• Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering, Security, IT, and ML engineering.
• Partner with executives, hiring managers, and recruiters to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and current / future hiring priorities.
• Act as a thought partner to hiring teams, offering talent market insights, funnel data, and sourcing best practices.
• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity. Stay current on talent market trends, competitor intelligence, and industry best practices.
