Senior Director of Construction Management

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Construction Project Management Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all construction projects throughout the Americas

Provide guidance and leadership for ground-up greenfield and brownfield construction projects

Ensure effective contract administration and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or a related field

Substantial experience managing data center construction projects

Strong knowledge of building construction and project management processes

Experience overseeing multiple large-scale construction projects with significant capital expenditure

At least five to eight years of experience in leading high-performing teams across multiple regions
