Head Of Technology For Individual Marketplace
The Head of Technology for Individual Marketplace is a senior executive who reports to the CTO of WTW, works closely with the Individual Marketplace business leader, and serves on both the Individual Marketplace senior leadership team and the business technology leadership team. The role oversees a global engineering organization of over 300 professionals based in the USA, India and Peru and works collaboratively with peers across WTW's technology leadership community. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of technology, from architecture and engineering delivery to security, innovation, and business alignment. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership to deliver on our ambitious growth and transformation objectives.

Location : This is a remote role, based anywhere in the United States, with the ability to travel both internationally and within the US as required.
Compensation and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $240,000 $300,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
