Senior Manager, Athlete Experience

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Athlete Experience to oversee athlete and coach logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding processes for athletes and staff, including roster management and profile creation

Serve as league lead for administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Oversee travel coordination and support for athletes, coaches, and staff, ensuring a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in team or league operations, with management experience preferred

Knowledge of softball, basketball, and / or volleyball operations is ideal

Passion for women's sports and player-centric innovation

Experience in logistics planning and event operations

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
